Praise and Prayer Requests – September 2019

- Praise God, Sittichai has returned from his three-month internship with Youth for Christ in the north of Thailand. He is now beginning his nine-month internship at our church to complete his Bible School requirements for graduation. We had a chance to meet with him and Pastor Sukprasan, our mother church pastor, to make plans for his time with us and for the ministry in the church. Pray that God will bless Sittichai’s ministry and lead him according to His will.
- We are starting to lay the foundation for Soul Care in the church each time Ed preaches or we teach Sunday School, beginning with our identity in Christ. Sue has started the actual Soul Care steps with Bale, a teenager in our church who is becoming a real leader. Pray that our Thai members will find true freedom in Christ.
- Please pray for Pastor Sukprasan, his wife Eve and their daughter Aileen as they go to the USA for three weeks in October to share in several churches about the church planting ministry in Thailand. Brian Lindsay will be his translator. Pray that God anoints his ministry and that many people will be burdened to “pray, give and go” so together we can complete Christ’s Great Commission.
- Please pray that God will lead us as we will soon purchase a car. The Toyota dealer is finally getting the new model cars in this month. Thank you again for everyone who has donated to our vehicle fund. God has provided all that we need.
Thank you for your faithful prayers for us. We know God hears and answers prayer! Thank you also for giving to the Great Commission Fund of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. The GCF provides what we and more than 700 other C&MA International Workers around the world need financially to serve the Lord. Gifts to this fund are tax deductible and can be given through your local C&MA church or directly to our support through the C&MA website: https://www.cmalliance.org/give We greatly appreciate all you do to help us serve in Thailand.
Love in Christ,
Ed and Sue Danneker
