Unreached People

Thank you for your prayers for last week. Because three of the teachers were not available to teach I picked up three extra classes – two of which were three hours long. Although tiring, it was a good week. Several times during the week, I could sense your prayers. Your intercession is so important, so thank you!

Last week also saw the start of a new ministry group focused on outreach to Muslims. One of the unreached people groups in Cambodia, the Cham, are a hard group to reach with the good news of Jesus. If they hear the name Jesus, you are put out of the village. Thankfully, we have a missionary with experience reaching out to the Cham. He is currently teaching the students how to talk to the people in a way that they will listen. Pray for this missionary and the students. They will soon be going into the area where the Cham live to begin to build relationships. Pray for open doors and open hearts.

As always, continue to pray for another teacher couple to join Antioch Bible School. Pray for a couple who can oversee the kitchen and the finances of the school. And ask God to send them soon!!

For those interested in the progress of the residence building, our new builder says it will be completed by Khmer New Year – which is right after Easter! Pray the construction continues to move forward smoothly and quickly.

We are blessed to have a missionary apprentice staying at the Antioch school while he is learning Khmer. Cameron West is a wonderful photographer and here are a few of his recent pictures . . .
