I’m back in PA!

Thank you so much for your prayers for my travels from Cambodia to Pennsylvania. The trip went very smoothly. Although it was weird to wear a mask the whole way, it was also nice to have the middle row on two of the flights all to myself. Nothing like stretching out on long flights. 🙂 It was also great to travel with my teammates, Jeff and Heather Williams – all the way to the USA. And a big thanks to Lorry, who picked me up at the airport!
Although I was pretty busy right up until it was time to leave Cambodia, I was still able to spend some time with friends who drove down from Poipet to see me off. Not to mention enjoy my last meal at the Antioch Bible Institute with the students and staff, who I already miss! And what a blessing to have Pastor Chamraen, president of the Khmer Evangelical Church who now lives on the first floor of the Antioch building, pray for Jeff & Heather & I as we headed off to the airport.
Praise God that the day we left Cambodia, the construction on the Antioch school building officially finished. A BIG thank you to all who have faithfully given and prayed for this project over the past three years. I’m looking forward to sharing with you how God used this ‘extended’ construction for His glory when I visit your churches.
Please continue to pray for the Antioch students as they finish up this trimester at the end of July. Four of them will be graduating, so pray that God will direct their paths to the places He has prepared for them. One of the first year students, Meng, has had a wound on his foot for several weeks now that is not healing well. Please join me in praying for his foot to heal quickly and well.
As one school year begins to finish up, we are starting to think about the next one which will start in September. Pray with us for another full-time teacher (or family) and for six new students. And especially pray for the remaining teachers (one family will be transitioning to another ministry in August) as they wait on the Lord for more help, as well as, new students.
